1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the joinph website, mobile platform, and any associated services provided by joinph. By accessing or using any part of the joinph platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any promotional offer — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed at the point of transaction. joinph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits made by credit or debit card are subject to the terms of your card issuer. joinph accepts only funds that belong to you — depositing funds belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification requirements. joinph reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one hour. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one to two banking days. Card withdrawals may take three to five banking days depending on your issuing bank.

4.3 Currency

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Gaming Rules

11. Amendments to Terms

joinph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the joinph platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through other means.
